Quick holiday workout this season

Well let’s face it…as healthy as we try to eat before the holidays, somehow seeing all of those cookies piled high on a plate, coupled with the temptations of holiday parties this time of year, is often just too much to resist. LOL Not to mention having far LESS time to even fit in our normal exercise routine. But is it impossible?

Absolutely not!

    That’s a good one. I would also recommend doing a couple of push-ups or pull-ups each day. It’s quick and won’t be a bother at all.
