Washing away toxins from your skin

A detoxifying body peeling achieves the same purifying effect as a several-day fast. It will also boost your energy due to the highly concentrated minerals in the salt mixture, which are absorbed through the skin. It will also enhance blood circulation in the skin.

Take a warm shower to open the pores.

Mix 3.5 tablespoons of unrefined salt (sea salt or rock salt) with 1 tablespoon of cold-pressed oil (organic is best) and a quarter teaspoon of 100 percent pure lavender oil, until smooth.

Lie down on a large towel and rub your whole body with this mixture (or get someone else to). Wrap yourself in the towel, then cover yourself with a blanket.
