Fruit smoothie for the soft skin
For an easy skin treatment at home try whipping up your favorite fruit smoothie but don’t drink it!
Refrigerate your smoothie for an hour and then apply the mixture to your body while lounging around at the pool or lying in the shade.
Leave the mixture on your skin for 30 minutes and then rinse off with warm water. A good fruity combination for this is pineapple, grapes, banana, kiwi and melon.
This particular combination of fruits helps get rid of dead skins cells and dirt has an anti-inflammatory effect and also contains loads of vitamins and nutrients that help
keep skin smooth and soft.
Well maybe I’ll whip up another now, only this time I’ll proceed to drink it! This just smells too delicious!
