Relaxing Neck Massage
To relax tense neck and shoulder muscles at the end of a hard day place the fingers of one hand under the ear on the opposite side of your neck.
Press your fingers deeply into the skin in slow, rhythmic circles, moving the underlying tissues without sliding your fingers over the skin surface.
Move the circles slowly down the neck and across the shoulder then repeat with your other hand on the other side.
