Extreme Dreaming and Living from the Inside-out

Extreme Dreaming is living from the inside-out as a preferred way of life. Most of us find ourselves between the fragile balance of listening to the control, direction and advice of others while still trying to listen to our inner voice, which we may call intuition, instinct, or our “enlightened self.” I like to call this inspirational voice, the Extreme Dreamer. There are many of us who have mastered the act of being influenced by others, but have not had much application or experience at developing our inner voice. However, the most amazing thing is that you can cultivate that inner man with practice, deliberate design, or coaching.

You may ask, how do I learn how to balance between learning from other people and listening to my own inner voice? The answer is quite simple. Noticing your thoughts, observing your actions, and by staying tuned into your emotions you will be directed toward and guided down your very own extreme dream path.

Your emotions are a prime contributor in determining what kind of thoughts you will have concerning your dream and purpose. It reveals what is going on inside of you and results in actions. The greatest decision-maker to success beyond your cognitive abilities and experience is your emotional intelligence which can be taught. Self-awareness is the most critical aspect of emotional intelligence. If you can become familiar with who you really are, create your own identity and define your purpose, you will be able to manage your own emotional intelligence and not be diverted from your extreme dream by anyone, including yourself!

The spirit is always waiting for instructions from the soul, which is the inner voice speaking. The soul feeds on the thoughts that resonate from the mind. If your thoughts are in support of your personal well-being, you will be in tune with your higher self, This is why it is critical to listen to that Extreme Dreamer as he/she guides you on how to control the thought process that leads to your emotional awareness.

The Extreme Dreamer knows how to manipulate their thought patterns to engage in only positive vibrations. They realize that their thoughts and emotions create energy fields that attract exactly what they are thinking about. Individuals who are extreme dreamers cannot be kept in a box nor do they plan to stay in a comfort zone. They are on a mission to “stretch” themselves, deepen their personal learning, and live a life truly fulfilled.

The Extreme Dreamer lives from the inside-out and knows how to differentiate the negative thoughts from the positive. This individual is not concerned with what others think, but lives a life that allows total control and commitment to self. They are willing to challenge themselves emotionally, physically, spiritually, psychologically, mentally, and relationally. They live life to their fullest potential and set no limits for themselves. Creating a sense of urgency in pursuing their goals and going all out to accomplish great feats is the Extreme Dreamer’s aspiration.

Extreme Dreamers main objective is forward movement. They never dwell on the past, instead they use it to establish the present and strategize for the future. They see life as a gift to be utilized and believe they are worthy of the realization of their dreams. Extreme Dreamers don’t just seek contentment, they desire true fulfillment. The passion to live life according to their individual beliefs and values is most important. Extreme Dreamers truly believe there is more to life than meets the eye. If you look from the inside-out you are sure to find it!
