Freeing up time for yourself
Lets face facts…
Many of us live as slaves to time whether it’s rushing off to work, then hurrying home again, with very little time to do anything else inbetween.
We should remember though, that life is not a race to the finish line, that seconds, minutes, and hours are irrelevant, for the clock is simply a manmade invention.
Here’s a refreshing idea…
On the weekend and during time away from work, why not take off your watch and do things when YOU wish. This will also allow your body to re-establish its natural rhythm once again and make you feel more relaxed.
I think we have all been guilty of living by the clock and I found this to be a wonderful experiment that I’ve used in my own life to just SLOW DOWN.
While certainly not something one can do every day of the week, why not try it even if only for one day out of every week. I think you will find it to be quite a stress-reliever.
